2. PRODUCTS & ORDERS

All VEDAS products are crafted with exceptional care and attention to detail. Due to the handcrafted nature of our garments:

  • Slight variations in color, embroidery, fabric texture, and embellishments may occur.
  • Product images are intended for reference and may vary slightly from the final product.
  • We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders due to product availability, pricing inaccuracies, or suspected fraudulent activity.
  • Order confirmation is subject to successful payment verification.

3. PRICING & PAYMENT

  • All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.
  • Applicable taxes will be included as per prevailing laws.
  • Payments are processed securely through trusted payment gateways.
  • Once payment is successfully completed, an order confirmation will be sent via email and/or WhatsApp.
  • VEDAS reserves the right to revise pricing without prior notice.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days unless stated otherwise.
  • Delivery timelines vary depending on product type, customization requirements, and shipping destination.
  • Delays caused by weather conditions, festivals, courier disruptions, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
  • Customers will receive shipment tracking details once the order has been dispatched.
  • International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes applicable in the destination country.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

1. Returns

We accept returns only for products that are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged during transit
  • Incorrectly delivered

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery along with supporting photographs and order details.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return:

  • Made-to-order garments
  • Customized or personalized orders
  • Altered products
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Products returned without original tags and packaging

Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

3. Exchanges

  • Size exchanges for standard-size products may be available within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.
  • Exchange requests are subject to quality inspection upon receipt.

4. Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you regarding approval or rejection of the refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are generally completed within 5–7 business days after approval.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account and payment method.
  2. Contact your card issuer or bank, as processing times may vary.
  3. If the issue persists, contact our support team for assistance.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Please note that VEDAS does not provide refunds or returns for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Minor color variations due to screen settings
  • Slight handcrafted variations in embroidery or embellishments
  • Delays caused by third-party logistics providers
  • Incorrect measurements provided by the customer

Such variations are considered part of the uniqueness of handcrafted couture garments.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the VEDAS website, including logos, designs, images, product descriptions, graphics, and text, is the exclusive property of VEDAS and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

VEDAS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, website, or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the purchased product.
